In our state of the art office, our staff at Baton Rouge Oral and Facial Surgery & Dental Implant Center is highly trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation, or out-patient general anesthesia. IV sedation is an excellent option for relieving moderate to high levels of anxiety while allowing the patient to experience complete relaxation during treatment with no memory of their procedure.
IV sedation dentistry takes the guesswork out of fear management because the drugs administered through an IV are far more effective due to our ability to control them directly.
